Thank you for selecting the Salida Super 8 as your home for your Monarch Ski Trip. Please fill out this form to reserve your rental equipment which this year includes a helmet. When you reach the Mountain Lodge go directly to the Reservation Counter in the rental shop. The round building to the right of the main lodge. Visit the reservations window to obtain your rental vouchers.

We have negotiated a great price for this year. Your rental equipment includes a helmet. On the form it is pre selected. You can upgrade your equipment in the form below. You will be responsible for the increase in cost. To upgrade to high performance skis there is an additional $12 per ski day it is worth it!

Please remember to safeguard your equipment, you are responsible for any damage or theft. A benefit of your package is complimentary Ski Valet, using this service eliminates your need to transport the equipment to and from the mountain. There is a $5.00 service fee for any last minute equipment changes: ie. ski to snowboard or ski to high performance etc. You can pick up your equipment the day prior between the hours of 3:00 and 4:00 pm . This service is offered based on the availability of the equipment.

To use this reservation form you must reserve your equipment by 12 noon the day before your first ski day. Please call 888-996-7669 ext 5196 between the hours of 12 noon and 4pm to reserve your equipment after that time.

The reservation will be reserved under the Last Name of the First SkierListed in the Monarch Reservation System. Please make sure this is the same name as your reservation at the Super 8. As a reminder the helmets are not included in the rental package.

The reservation cutoff time is 12:00 noon Two Days Prior to your first ski day. If you are skiing on January 1 then your equipment reservation must be in by 12:00 noon on 12/30! Please complete your EZWAIVER!
